No accounts, no donation checkout

This website does not offer account creation, donation checkout, or file uploads. The only information you can submit is through the contact form described below.

The contact form

The contact form on the Get Involved page collects only the name, email address, and message you type. Your message is sent to the Foundation's own email address by an email delivery service, Lovable Emails, which processes it in order to deliver it. The message is not stored in a database on this website.

A hidden field is used to reduce automated spam. Please keep your message general and do not include personal health information.

Routine technical information

Hosting providers may process routine technical request information, such as device, browser, network, and security log details, to deliver and protect the site.

External links

Links to outside websites are governed by those providers' own privacy practices and terms.

Email inquiries

Email links open your own email application. When you email the Foundation, you share your email address and any information included in your message. For general inquiries or questions about this notice, contact info@myelinahealth.org.

Health information

Avoid sending personal health information by ordinary email or through channels that are not intended for secure health communications.
